Anna Loftus, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CCM, currently serves as the System Director of Clinical Services for Population Health at Bon Secours Mercy Health since April 2019, where responsibilities include directing utilization reduction strategies, care management operations, and post-acute care delivery across multiple markets and states. Prior to this role, Anna held various positions at Mercy Health, including Manager of Care Coordination and Ambulatory Care Manager, where the focus was on interdisciplinary team management and improving patient outcomes. Anna began the nursing career as a Staff RN at St. Elizabeth Healthcare and has advanced through clinical and leadership roles since. Anna holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Northern Kentucky University, along with Master's and Bachelor's degrees from Mount St. Joseph University.
