Ben Merick

Ben Merick has extensive work experience in various roles. Ben started their career as a District Manager Intern at ALDI USA in 2007. In 2009, they became a District Manager where they focused on eliminating waste and increasing productivity. In 2015, they joined Healogics, Inc. as the Director of Wound Care. Ben managed wound care operations for Springfield Regional Hospital and Mercy Memorial Hospital. In 2018, they joined Mercy Health as the Director of Operations - Specialty Practices. Ben held this position until 2021 when they transitioned to Bon Secours Mercy Health as the Vice President of Market Service Lines. In 2022, they were promoted to Vice President Operations.

Ben Merick completed their Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Ohio University in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Marketing at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business from 2007 to 2009. In 2008, they also attended Audencia for Marketing studies.
