Bob Johnston

Bob Johnston currently serves as the Director of Facilities Management - Life Safety at Bon Secours Mercy Health since February 2022. Prior to this, Bob held the position of Systems Director, Facility Services at ABM Healthcare from June 2011 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing facility services and Life Safety compliance for multiple hospitals and departments, encompassing over 3 million square feet and $50 million in operations. Bob also worked at Mount Carmel Health System in the same role, managing facility services from June 2011 to December 2021. Earlier in Bob's career, the role of Assistant Director, Plant Operations and Maintenance at St. Elizabeth Healthcare involved oversight of power plant operations and maintenance for two acute-care facilities. Bob earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Thomas More University, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
