Dave Lamb

Dave Lamb has over three decades of experience in marketing and communications, currently serving as the Manager of Executive and Associate Communications at Bon Secours Mercy Health since 2004. In this role, Dave focuses on communications for leaders, board members, and a workforce of nearly 60,000 employees within one of the largest Catholic health systems in the United States. Previously, Dave held the position of Director of Communications at Lutheran Social Services of Mid-America and led a marketing/communications team in Springfield Market as a Director at Bon Secours Mercy Health. Additional experience includes working as an Account Executive at Odiorne Industrial Advertising and as Assistant Vice President for Hospital Communications at Dayton Children's Medical Center. Dave holds a B.A. in Communication Arts from the University of Dayton.
