Feshona Claiborne has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Feshona worked as a Practice Manager at Bon Secours Health System from December 2012 to August 2014. Feshona then joined Bon Secours Mercy Health in August 2014, initially as a Director of Operations. In this role, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to drive change successfully. Feshona was later promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations in November 2023.
