Jennifer Guerriero

Jennifer Guerriero currently serves as the Director of HR Strategic Partner at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where responsibilities include implementing workforce solutions, driving organizational effectiveness, and guiding organizational design to enhance performance. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as Program Manager for HR Strategic Partnership & Labor at Mercy Health, focusing on market-based well-being programming and stakeholder collaboration. Additional experience includes teaching as a Part-Time Faculty Member at Youngstown State University and holding leadership positions at Central Wellness Ohio and LifeCenter Plus. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, both from Kent State University.
