Kapila Monga

Kapila Monga has extensive work experience in data science, analytics, and artificial intelligence. They currently hold the position of Head of Data Science and Intelligent Process Automation at Bon Secours Mercy Health, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Cognizant from 2011 to 2022 in various leadership roles including Director of Artificial Intelligence and Analytics, Associate Director of Healthcare Analytics, and Senior Manager of Analytics. From 2005 to 2010, Kapila Monga worked at Inforte India Pvt. Ltd., where they held the roles of Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Consultant.

Kapila Monga has a diverse education history. In 2010-2011, they attended the Indian School of Business, where they earned a PGP degree in Strategy and Leadership. Prior to that, from 2003-2005, they pursued a Master's degree in Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Kapila also holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University, which they obtained from 2000-2003. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate from Microsoft in June 2020.
