Kelley Recker has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kelley began their career as an Administrative and Program Surveyor for Medical Rehabilitation at CARF International, where they conducted surveys to assess organizations' compliance with standards. Kelley then worked as an Adjunct Faculty at Bowling Green State University before joining St. Rita's Medical Center as an EPIC Project Manager. In this role, they led the implementation of EPIC throughout the medical center and remote locations. Kelley later became an Administrative Director for PM&R at St. Ritas Medical Center, overseeing daily operations of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.
Kelley then joined Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners) as an Application Delivery and Security Manager, where they were responsible for managing Epic electronic medical record conversions and coordinating inpatient and ambulatory implementations. Kelley also served as the EMR Vice President of Operations and Training, overseeing the operations and training of the system.
In their most recent position as Vice President of I&T Operations and User Experience at Bon Secours Mercy Health, Kelley is responsible for the operations and user experience of information technology, playing a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and enhancing user satisfaction.
Kelley Recker obtained a Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Bowling Green State University between 1988 and 1989.
