Lauren Ferrell has a diverse work experience primarily in the healthcare industry. Lauren held various roles at Bon Secours Mercy Health, starting as the System Director of Ambulatory Services in 2019, and currently holding the position of Vice President, Operations & Development since May 2022. Previously, they worked at Bon Secours Health System, where they held several positions such as Director of Capital Asset Management and Director of Outreach and Ambulatory Services. Before that, they were a Manager of Operations and Development and an Administrative Resident at the same company. Lauren also gained experience as a Research Assistant at Virginia Blood Services and held an internship position at Frankfort Regional Medical Center during their time at HCA.

Lauren Ferrell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics from Furman University.
