Livia Kessler

Livia Kessler has a strong background in healthcare analytics and business intelligence with over 10 years of experience. Livia is currently the Head of Analytics Delivery at Bon Secours Mercy Health, where they provide leadership in delivering analytics solutions. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Business Intelligence and Clinical Analytics at TidalHealth, where they oversaw the development and implementation of business intelligence strategies. Livia also held various leadership roles at LifeBridge Health, including Director of Business Intelligence, Analytics Center of Excellence, and Director of Business Intelligence, Population Health. In these roles, they focused on data-driven decision-making, data governance, population health analytics, and predictive analytics. Additionally, Livia has experience as an Operations Manager in population health and as an Administrative Resident. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Client Service Field Representative at Duke University Health System.

Livia Kessler, MHA, holds a Master of Health Administration degree from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, which they obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Livia has obtained additional certifications including "Leading Business Change with Analytics" from The Innovation Community in 2020 and "HI-FIVE: Health Informatics For Innovation, Value & Enrichment (Clinical Perspective)" from Coursera Course Certificates in 2017.
