Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Livia has obtained additional certifications including "Leading Business Change with Analytics" from The Innovation Community in 2020 and "HI-FIVE: Health Informatics For Innovation, Value & Enrichment (Clinical Perspective)" from Coursera Course Certificates in 2017.
