Rachael Kahny

Rachael Kahny, BS, CPCS, currently serves as the Manager of Medical Staff Services at Bon Secours Mercy Health, a position held since August 2022. Previously, Rachael held various roles over 14 years at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, including Consultant Medical Staff Systems and Medical Staff Credentialing Coordinator, where responsibilities included system management, project leadership for credentialing software conversion, and extensive involvement in medical staff committees. Rachael's background also encompasses administrative support at HealthPoint Family Care, where credentialing processes were streamlined. Rachael earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from Kaplan University between 2012 and 2017.
