Shane Knisley

Shane Knisley, FACHE (He/Him) has held various leadership positions in the healthcare industry. Shane currently works at Bon Secours Mercy Health as the President of Maryview Medical Center. Prior to this role, they were the President of Mercy Health and also served as the Chief Operating Officer. Shane has also held positions such as Interim President and CEO at Mercy Health Fairfield Hospital, Chief Operating Officer at Sparks Health System, and Assistant Chief Executive Officer/COO at Lake Granbury Medical Center. Before transitioning to the healthcare industry, they served in the Navy in roles such as Director for Administration at Navy Medicine Operational Training Center and Department Head of Materiels Management at U.S. Naval Hospital Okinawa Japan.

Shane Knisley, FACHE (He/Him) has a Master of Health Administration degree from Baylor University, which they completed from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus from 1998 to 2000. In 2006, they obtained the Fellow certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives.
