Traci Friedmann has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Traci began their career as a Marketing Intern at Carlson Marketing, where they contributed to the coordination of a new product launch. Traci then worked as a Promotions Intern at Bruno Event Team, where they managed volunteers for a major golf championship event.
Traci then moved on to News America Marketing, where they held the role of Account Coordinator. In this position, they executed various marketing programs and developed sales proposals for Fortune 500 companies. Traci later transitioned to the role of Account Associate, prospecting and securing new business accounts.
Traci then joined IN Marketing as a Client Services Manager. Traci managed multiple programs for major grocery and CPG brands, overseeing budgets and creative assets. Traci also served as a liaison between colleagues and developers to improve internal logistics software.
In their most recent roles, Traci worked at Bon Secours Mercy Health. Traci first served as an Epic Application Analyst, where they implemented new software releases and provided technical support to users. Traci then became an Epic Team Lead Manager, leading a team in the implementation of a comprehensive software system. Later, Traci served as an IT Business Partner Account Lead, building and maintaining relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships. Lastly, they held the position of Director of Network Operations, Population Health, responsible for network development and integration strategy.
Throughout their work experience, Traci has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams. Traci has a track record of delivering results and ensuring client satisfaction.
Traci Friedmann earned a Bachelor's degree in Sales Management, Organizational Leadership, and Supervision from Purdue University in 2010. In 2020, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Xavier University - Williams College of Business. Additionally, Traci Friedmann obtained the EpicCare Ambulatory Certification in 2014.
