Erin Wright, SPHR, SCP has extensive experience in various roles within the field of human resources. Erin began their career as an HR Manager at CWS Capital Partners in 1998, where they were responsible for recruitment, employee orientation, benefits administration, and handling employee grievances.

In 2001, Erin joined Chateau Communities as the Manager of Organizational Development. In this role, they focused on training and career development, succession planning, and performance management. Erin also designed and implemented training programs for all functions within the organization.

In 2003, Erin became the Director of Human Resources at M.D.C. Holding, Inc. Erin successfully reduced employee turnover and overtime costs through employee relations initiatives and implementing new tracking tools and metrics. Erin also identified and implemented strategic HR objectives for the region.

Currently, Erin serves as the Sr. Vice President of Global Human Resources at Bona. Erin is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and Global HR Team. Erin'sresponsibilities include providing strategic HR and talent management solutions, delivering profit and loss results, driving cost control initiatives, and maintaining customer relationships.

After completing high school, they went on to study at Stetson University from 1994 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Human Resources Management.

In January 2007, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
