Tracy began their career in 2005 at Meijer, where they held multiple positions, including Front-End Category Manager, Merchandise Analyst, and Merchandise Planner. During this time, they received recognition for their achievements, such as the Influencer Award and the Confectioner Magazine "Retailer of the Year" Award.
In 2010, Tracy joined Unilever as a Category Management Manager and won the Small Actions - Big Results Award before transitioning to L'Oréal in 2012. At L'Oréal, Tracy served as a Key Account Manager and was recognized as a President's Club Winner.
Most recently, Tracy has been working at Bona since 2018, where they have held several roles. Tracy began as a National Account Manager and was named the 2020 Salesperson of the Year. Tracy then was promoted to the position of Sr National Account Manager and received the same recognition in 2022. Currently, they hold the role of Team Lead of Sales Strategy, Planning & Insights.
