David Fabian

Dave is a member of the firm’s management committee and the Managing Director of our Cost Segregation team, MS Consultants. He has spent over 20 years traveling the country to analyze properties, prepares cost segregation studies, meet with clients and make presentations. Dave developed the firm’s in-house cost segregation training program and ensures team members are informed of current developments in depreciation, tax, and engineering so that all reports are of the highest quality. Dave is very active in his community, has served on various boards, and volunteers his time with many organizations. As a Boy Scout leader, he enjoys camping, the outdoors, and traveling.
