Kiefer P. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and device diagnostics. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Specialist at The Bonadio Group since March 2020, Kiefer has also held roles as an IT Support Specialist II and IT Helpdesk Support Technician within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at TEKsystems, Tri-County Family Medicine, and Geek Squad, where responsibilities included diagnosing hardware and software issues on various devices, setting up and maintaining anti-virus management systems, and user creation in Active Directory and G Suite. Kiefer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management Engineering Technology from SUNY College of Technology at Alfred State College.
