Joan Christmas

Joan Christmas possesses extensive administrative experience in various sectors, including energy and education. Currently, as an Environmental Administrative Assistant at Bonanza Creek Energy, Inc. since October 2014, Joan supports environmental initiatives. Previously, as a Senior Administrative Assistant at Black Hills Corporation from March 2006 to March 2014, responsibilities included supporting the Facilities department and the Vice-President of Communications/Investor Relations. Joan’s earlier roles included serving as an Administrative Assistant/HR Specialist at Pacific Western Technologies and Adams County School District #50, where operations and employee benefits were managed. Joan has also made significant contributions as a Reinsurance Specialist at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Colorado, where over $500,000 in accounts receivable was recovered and contracts for the US Olympic teams were managed. Education includes studies at Red Rocks Community College and Laramie County Community College, as well as a high school diploma from East High School.
