Mareks Klavins

Mareks Klavins possesses extensive experience in the housing development sector, currently serving as Country Manager at Bonava Latvija since May 2016, a position previously held at NCC Housing from October 2005 to May 2016. Klavins has a solid background as a Board Member and Head of the Housing Development Department at NCC Konstrukcija SIA and as Project Manager at Merks SIA. Additionally, experience includes roles as Head of the Technical Department and Project Manager at Merks SIA and as a Site Manager Assistant and Estimator/Purchaser at Skanska Konstrukcija SIA. Klavins holds a Bachelor’s Degree in the Construction of Civil Buildings from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte, earned between 1994 and 1998.
