Riku Patokoski

Riku Patokoski is the Business Unit President and a member of the executive management group at Bonava AB, where responsibilities include managing Bonava Suomi Oy since March 2021. Prior to this role, Riku served as the Executive Vice President at HOIVATILAT OYJ, overseeing operations in South Finland and Sweden from January 2018 to February 2021. Experience at Peab includes serving as Director of Residential Development, focusing on strategy and investments for the Finland division from August 2015 to September 2017. Riku's earlier career at Skanska encompassed various roles, including Project Development Manager, where Riku launched the BoKlok concept in Finland, and Product Development Manager, formulating the Nordic Product Development strategy. Riku's experience also includes project management roles at Puuinfo Oy and significant early positions as an architect and architectural assistant. Riku holds a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oulu and completed the matriculation examination at Kuusiluodon lukio.
