Alicia Maruya

Alicia Maruya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and performance development. Currently serving as the Regional Portfolio Manager at Bonavista Management since April 2023, Alicia has held significant roles at Avanti Residential from January 2019 to March 2023, including Director of Performance Development and Performance Development Manager. Prior to that, Alicia worked at Pinnacle Property Management Services from March 2015 to December 2018, progressing through the ranks from Assistant Property Manager to Operations Manager to Multi-Site Property Manager. Alicia’s career began at FPI Management, where responsibilities included Leasing Manager and Leasing Consultant from September 2013 to February 2015.
