Jim's career began in 1986 as a Carpenter at A-Construct, progressing through positions including General Foreman at Stallion Millwork and Assistant Superintendent at A Bonfatti, prior to establishing a long-standing focus on superintendent responsibilities, emphasizing high standards in construction management.
