John Grady

John Grady is an experienced professional in the MEP field with expertise in Building Information Management and Virtual Design & Construction. Currently serving as Sr. MEP Superintendent at BOND Building Construction since March 2024, John has previously held positions as MEP Manager at Samuels & Associates and Commodore Builders. Additionally, John worked as a Construction Manager and BIM specialist at Limbach Company, focusing on 3D BIM and MEP coordination, and served as CAD Planner and Project Manager at N.B. Kenney Company, Inc. holding responsibilities as BIM Department manager and overseeing major projects. John Grady holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Technical Institute and has also attended Wentworth Institute of Technology.
