Zachary Locke

Zachary Locke is an experienced construction professional with a strong background in project management and infrastructure. Currently serving as a Project Manager and previously as an Assistant Project Manager at BOND Civil & Utility Construction since September 2014, Zachary has honed skills in managing complex projects. Prior experience includes a role as Superintendent at Kiewit Infrastructure West from September 2011 to August 2014, where expertise in MSE walls, CIP walls, SPW, jack and bore, SOE, flatwork, and grading was developed. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University-Chico, earned between 2006 and 2011.
