Charles Perry

Charles Perry, Jr., CSP® is an accomplished safety professional with extensive experience in construction and marine operations. Currently serving as the Senior Safety Manager at BOND Civil & Utility Construction since August 2023, Charles also founded Elizabeth House in 2020 to support individuals with special needs through housing partnerships. Past roles include Senior Construction Safety Officer at Harvard University from 2018 to 2023 and Safety Manager at J.F. White Contracting Co. (2017-2018). Charles operated as a Safety & Training Consultant in 2016-2017, focusing on workplace safety evaluations and training. Previous maritime positions include Chief Officer at both Rowan Companies and Transocean, and roles at Tidewater Marine and Premier Pacific Seafoods. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Finance from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation Operations from Maine Maritime Academy.
