Jonathan Perez

Jonathan Perez, PMP, currently serves as the Senior Superintendent of Field Operations at BOND Civil & Utility Construction since March 2024. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Project Superintendent at Yonkers Contracting Company, Inc. from February 2019 to March 2024, and before that, at ECCO III Enterprises, Inc. from June 2018 to January 2019. Jonathan's career began at John P Picone INC, where a long tenure from 2009 to June 2018 involved extensive project management responsibilities. Jonathan is noted for creating cohesive work environments among various union trades, effectively resolving construction issues, negotiating change orders, and mentoring project engineers. Earlier experience includes serving in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor, where Jonathan trained staff and managed maintenance operations. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
