Ruben Fonseca

Ruben Fonseca is an experienced Assistant Project Manager currently working on the Empire Wind 1 - Onshore Substation EPC Project at BOND Civil & Utility Construction. Previously, Ruben held various roles at Skanska, including Field Engineer II, where contributions were made to Marine Main Span operations and the execution of a $32 million construction project. Ruben completed multiple rotations in construction management disciplines, including safety, estimating, field engineering, and commercial management. Ruben's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Roger Williams University, complemented by internships at Shawmut Design and Construction and D'Allessandro Corp., where skills in project management and estimating were developed.
