Damon Dance is the Executive Vice President at Bond Companies since June 2007. Damon has led the development of retail, multi-family, and mixed-use properties across the United States. Prior to this, Damon founded DCD Properties LLC and worked as a Project Engineer at General Motors. Damon also has experience as a Product Engineer at Federal-Mogul. Damon holds an MBA in Real Estate, Finance, and Operations from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
