Ben Rutter

Ben Rutter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and recruitment. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Bond Global since May 2020, Ben focuses on providing businesses with flexible talent solutions. Additionally, as the Community Founder of the House of Visionaries since March 2024, Ben aims to elevate the perception of people and talent functions in organizations. Previously, Ben co-founded and served as Board Director at Francis & Francis Group and C4S Search Ltd, contributing to significant corporate developments until 2025. Early career experience includes a role as a Financial Recruitment Consultant at Page Personnel and an Assistant Buyer at Screwfix Direct. Ben holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with Corporate Financial Management from Bournemouth University.
