Bond No. 9
Patricia Eagan has a long and varied work experience. Patricia started their career at Phelps Memorial Hospital in 1973, where they served as Assistant Director of Human Resources. In this role, they developed and presented in-house supervisory training programming authority, involving employee complaints, disciplinary action, and crisis situations. Patricia also conducted pre-employment and job evaluation interviews for job specification and classification, and acted as a liaison between the CEO and employees concerning grievance procedure guidelines.
In 2000, Patricia moved to Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, where they became the Director of Employment. Patricia then went on to Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus in 2014, where they served as Sales Manager for both companies. In this role, they managed Guerlain Cosmetics and Skin Care, handled sales, customer service, promotional and special events planning, and recruited, selected and trained eight employees. Finally, in 2016, Patricia joined Bond No. 9 as a Sales Manager.
Patricia Eagan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) from Fordham University in Family and Consumer Sciences/Home Economics Teacher Education. Patricia also holds a Master's degree from Long Island University in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services.
