Bill Nikolouzakis is an accomplished business leader and keynote speaker with extensive experience in various sectors including real estate, property law, and consulting. Since July 2022, Bill has served as a keynote speaker, delivering workshops tailored to diverse audiences, and has co-founded Bond Property Lawyers, focusing on simplifying property transactions. In addition, Bill is a growth consultant and executive coach at Levels Growth Consultants, helping small and medium-sized businesses leverage enterprise-level strategies for growth. As co-founder and executive director of Chatham House Property, Bill empowers property investors with data-driven insights. Bill has held multiple leadership roles, including Group COO and CRO at PropTech Group and CEO of RESA Group, with a successful entrepreneurial background as the founder of Nyko Property. Bill studied Computer Science at Swinburne University of Technology and has roots in Balwyn High School.
