Claire is a litigation attorney who represents clients in federal and state trial and appellate courts, mediation and arbitration on a broad range of matters. She is well-versed in all phases of civil litigation, including investigations, pretrial discovery, depositions, motion practice, trials and appeals.

Claire has extensive experience defending hospitals, physicians, dentists, nurses, nursing homes and other ancillary medical care providers in medical malpractice and nursing home negligence cases. She also has experience defending other negligence claims in the areas of products liability, premises liability and statutory Labor Law claims. Claire has also represented clients in areas of employment, breach of contract, and intellectual property litigation.

In addition to her experience as a civil litigator, Claire also has experience counseling school districts on areas of special education, general education, and labor and employment matters, and has represented school districts in teacher disciplinary proceedings.
