Jessica M. Moore

Jessica represents clients in a wide range of real estate transactions including the acquisition and disposition of commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use properties. She also represents both landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases. Jessica works with lenders and borrowers in commercial lending and financing transactions, including the draft and negotiation of loan documents.

Jessica’s experience allows her to provide advice to her clients in all stages of a real estate transaction, from the initial aspects of the transaction through closing.

Prior to joining Bond, Jessica was a partner at Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid.
