Vincent represents owners, developers, lenders, and borrowers in sophisticated real estate transactions involving commercial and industrial properties.

In addition to handling acquisitions and sales of real property, he assists clients with all other aspects of commercial real estate development, including the negotiation and drafting of architect agreements and construction contracts, leasing, zoning, subdivision, economic development incentives, and negotiation of easements and restrictive covenants.

Vincent also represents both lenders and borrowers in various types of commercial financing transactions, loan workouts, and commercial foreclosures. He also handles a wide array of real estate litigation, including real property tax assessment review proceedings, land use and zoning litigation, eminent domain proceedings, partition actions, quiet title proceedings, and commercial lease litigation.

Vincent has served as a guest lecturer for the University at Buffalo School of Management, the New York State Bar Association, Lorman Educational Services, and various business groups on a broad range of real estate-related topics, including economic development incentives, easements and licenses, and commercial mortgage foreclosures. He is also a member of the National Association of College and University Attorneys, and represents a number of area colleges in real estate financing and development projects.
