Chloe Banks

Chloe Banks currently works as a Safeguarding Specialist at UNICEF UK, focusing on embedding a culture of safety in organizational activities. As the Board Chair of Hope Station, Chloe provides strong governance and supports strategic initiatives for family strengthening projects. Chloe has extensive experience in child protection and welfare reform, having served as a Consultant for Mother's Choice, where responsibilities included policy development and project management for various initiatives. Additionally, Chloe has held roles in communications and advocacy with Bethel China Foundation and engaged in international development studies at Tsinghua University and the University of Kent, where Chloe earned advanced degrees in public administration and child protection.
