Sean Tobin

Sean Tobin is an experienced communications professional with over 12 years in strategic communications, currently serving as Communications Manager at A.B. Paterson College since April 2024. In addition to this role, Sean has been a Senior Strategic Communications Academic Lecturer at Bond University since September 2016. Sean's previous positions include Principal Advisor for Media and Communications at the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (Queensland) and Principal Digital Strategy and Media Relations Officer for the Queensland Department of Education. As a Board Member for the 1 Million Pledge, Sean contributed to funding global aid projects for children. Additionally, Sean co-founded Exclusive Insight, providing strategic communications for over 300 athletes, and managed communications for Ablett Wines. Sean began their career as National Strategic Communications Officer for the Gold Coast Football Club. Sean holds a Bachelor of Communications in Business, Public Relations, and Marketing from Bond University.
