Leslie McGowan Sager

Leslie McGowan Sager is a seasoned professional in the creative field, currently serving as Senior Director of the Creative Studio at BOND since January 2018, where leadership involves managing a team that supports creative excellence for over 120 active projects. Previously, Leslie held the position of Photography Director at Starz Entertainment, developing a comprehensive photography program for original programming. Additional experience includes roles at TBWA\Media Arts Lab as Art Production & Photo Research, Monaco Reps as a Photographers Agent, and multiple positions as Photography Director at Works Advertising and Crew Creative Advertising. Leslie commenced a career in photography and editing alongside conducting general office work and assisting on in-house shoots. An alumnus of The University of Texas at Austin, Leslie earned a BA in Journalism with a focus on Photography.
