Elani Buchan

Elani Buchan is currently the Head of Operations at Bondaval and a Member of the Board of Trustees at Intelligent Foundation. Prior experience includes serving as COO and Head of Business Operations at Concured, and as a Venture Partner at Republic, which focuses on investment opportunities across various sectors. Elani has also contributed to Mishcon de Reya LLP's MDR LAB as part of their Ventures program, and completed a venture capital fellowship at Included VC. Additional experience includes operations and strategy consulting at Outlier Ventures and program management at Nesta. Elani holds a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies and Philosophy from Colby College and a Master's degree in Public Policy from King's College London, along with a high school diploma from Kent School.
