Elya Schwartzman has a diverse work experience in the financial industry, with a focus on ETFs and fixed-income management. Elya is currently the Co-Founder and Chief Investment Officer at BondBloxx Investment Management, where they oversee portfolio management, trading, investment research, risk analysis, and investment operations for 19 fixed-income ETFs. Prior to this, Elya served as an Advisory Board Member for ETFLogic, providing insights on product strategy and usability. Elya also founded and served as the President of ES Investment Consulting LLC, offering advisory services to ETF companies with a focus on improving fund quality and implementing effective systems. Elya's earlier experience includes working as a Director at BlackRock, where they led a team of portfolio managers responsible for managing over $200 billion in ETF and institutional portfolios. Elya also played a key role in launching the first Fixed Income SPDR ETFs at State Street Global Advisors, developing relationships and processes for successful product launches.

Elya Schwartzman has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management with a focus on Finance and Financial Engineering. Prior to that, Elya earned a BA in Economics from Trinity College-Hartford.
