Aika Aluc

Aika Aluc, MPH, is a seasoned maternal and child health leader and health equity strategist committed to improving health outcomes through innovative systems change. They have held pivotal roles, including as a Director for the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials and as a Health Equity Fellow at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. With a strong background in data storytelling and community engagement, Aika has advocated for under-resourced communities and fostered cross-sector collaborations. Currently, they are pursuing a PhD in Population Health at Lehigh University and serving as a founding member of BONDE, a professional club dedicated to empowering women.
