Jomara Cardoso

Jomara Cardoso has extensive work experience in various management roles within the dental industry. Jomara is currently the Regional Sales Director Latam at Bondent Group, a position they have held since 2022.

Prior to this, Jomara co-founded International Directions in 2010, where they played a key role in the company's establishment.

Jomara also served as the General Manager of Clinica Capel from 2018 to 2022, overseeing its daily operations and implementing strategies to achieve desirable profit results. During this time, they were responsible for planning and preparing the succession of the main dentist and recruiting and training new partners.

From 2014 to 2018, Jomara worked as the Latin America Regional Manager at Air Techniques, where they successfully managed regional operations.

In 2012, they acted as the General Manager of Lumident do Brasil, focusing on establishing a CAD/CAM center for dental prosthetics and implementing financial, administrative, and quality control measures.

Jomara also held the position of Latin America Regional Manager at Den-Mat Holdings, LLC from 2010 to 2011, where they contributed to the company's regional growth.

Earlier in their career, Jomara worked as the Country Manager Brasil and consultant at Discus Dental from 2006 to 2009.

Prior to that, they served as the General Manager at NAPEM - FOUSP, a Dental Materials Department Research Center, from 2000 to 2006. In this role, they managed research projects, sought grants, and established international agreements with companies operating overseas.

Jomara's career began in 1992 when they became the Director and Partner of the Instituto Paulista de Odontologia Clinica. Jomara developed and managed a continuing education center for dental professionals and was responsible for the project's development, implementation, and start-up.

Before entering the dental industry, Jomara gained early professional experience as a trainee in the Divisão Elida Gibbs at Unilever from 1988 to 1990.

Jomara Cardoso earned an MBA degree in Business from Ibmec between 2008 and 2011.

Jomara Cardoso received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 1984 to 1987.

Jomara Cardoso attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1981 to 1983 for college, although the field of study is unspecified.

In addition to the above education, Jomara Cardoso obtained a certification in Emotional Intelligence from Escola Conquer in May 2020.
