Aiden Carty has a diverse background in architecture and business, with experience in roles ranging from architectural intern to general manager. Currently, Aiden serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Noda, while also co-founding Shinijis Bar and Bondi Sushi. With a Master of Architecture from UCLA and a Bachelor's Degree from University College Dublin, Aiden has a strong foundation in the field. Additionally, previous positions as a project manager, researcher, and site engineer showcase Aiden's versatility and expertise in various aspects of the industry.

We are Bondi: A family of sushi lovers and makers. To love food is to love every moment that surrounds it. Some of our best memories are shaking the salt out of our hair and sitting down for a bite on the many places that line Bondi Beach — a crescent of sand off Sydney’s east shore. We’ve tried to capture that feeling — warm sunshine, calmness, simplicity — in each of our New York Restaurants. Bondi serves conscientious fish, cut clean and served fresh. It’s good food, made with good vibes, and heaps of love.
