Brian Fredlund is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Bondi Sushi since June 2024. Previously, Fredlund held similar roles at CRISP & GREEN® and by CHLOE (now Beatnic), where responsibilities included managing teams, launching new markets, overseeing restaurant openings, and optimizing operational processes. With a proven track record of training and developing staff, coordinating marketing efforts, and enhancing financial performance, Fredlund has successfully opened numerous locations across major markets and has a strong focus on restaurant culture and community outreach.

We are Bondi: A family of sushi lovers and makers. To love food is to love every moment that surrounds it. Some of our best memories are shaking the salt out of our hair and sitting down for a bite on the many places that line Bondi Beach — a crescent of sand off Sydney’s east shore. We’ve tried to capture that feeling — warm sunshine, calmness, simplicity — in each of our New York Restaurants. Bondi serves conscientious fish, cut clean and served fresh. It’s good food, made with good vibes, and heaps of love.
