Daniel Pagniez

Daniel Pagniez is an experienced managing director with a robust track record in the food manufacturing industry, currently serving as Managing Director for Bonduelle Fresh Europe since March 2023, overseeing a €400 million business and 2,000 employees. Prior to this role, Daniel held several managing director positions at Avril, Boncolac, Bell Food Group AG, and GROUPE D'AUCY, where responsibilities consistently included full P&L management of businesses ranging from €95 million to €310 million, along with significant personnel management across multiple manufacturing sites. Daniel's career began with Bonduelle, where roles spanned from factory director to roles in capital investment and international projects management, complemented by advanced education from HEC Paris and a Master of Engineering from Centrale Lille.
