Ilonka Audenaerde

Ilonka Audenaerde is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the General Manager and CEO of Bonduelle Northern Europe since September 2009. In this role, Ilonka oversees operations in several countries, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the UK. Prior to this position, Ilonka held various leadership roles at Bonduelle Benelux, including Commercial Director and Sales Director, focusing on brand building, marketing strategies, and sustainable business growth. Additional past experience includes roles at Hero Group, Mars, and PostNL, where Ilonka developed strong marketing and sales expertise. Educational qualifications include an MBA from EDHEC Business School and a Master’s degree in International Business and International Management from Maastricht University, complemented by leadership training at the Center for Creative Leadership. Ilonka also contributes to SER Topvrouwen since October 2024, further demonstrating a commitment to leadership development.
