Marine Henin-Duprez

Marine Henin-Duprez currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bonduelle, overseeing a global workforce of 11,000 associates and managing a revenue of €2.4 billion since October 2019. Prior to this role, Marine held various human resources leadership positions at Lesaffre, including Group Human Resources Director and France Human Resources Director, managing a total of 10,500 associates and contributing to €2 billion in revenue. Earlier career experience includes roles at Visteon Corporation, where Marine served as Employee Relations Manager and Head of Human Resources, as well as an Outplacement Consultant at BPI Group. Marine holds multiple degrees from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, including a Master's in Human Resources Development and a Master's in Sociology of Work, alongside a degree in Economics and Management.
