Sébastien Cotton possesses extensive experience in the agro-food industry, currently serving as Responsable industrialisation at Bonduelle since March 2010. Previous roles at Bonduelle include Chef de Projets Méthodes & Industrialisation and Chef de Projet R&D Produits 4ème Gamme. Prior to Bonduelle, Sébastien worked at LDC - Entr'acte as Chef d'équipe Production, managing a team of ten and ensuring production plans met safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Additional experience includes positions at PROTIAL as Chargé d'étude R&D and at Trophélia as Ingénieur gestion de projets, contributing to award-winning projects in food innovation. Sébastien holds a MASTER II in Génie des Systèmes & Procédés Industriels from ESIAB and further qualifications in agro-food industries from ENILIA and IUT Nancy.
