Miklos Matis

Miklos Matis is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in software development and organizational analytics. As Co-Founder and Partner at BondWeaver since September 2015, Matis has been instrumental in creating a cloud system focused on people analytics and corporate psychology. In addition to this role, Matis has served as the Owner and CEO of SOFTIC Ltd. since September 2005, where custom software solutions are developed using the latest technologies. Previous positions include Development Director and Lead Developer at KÉSZ Kft. from 2000 to 2005, Senior Developer at Artifex Kft. from 1998 to 2000, and Project Manager and Senior Developer at HS Games Zrt. from 1995 to 1998.
