David Cox, PT, DPT, AIB-CVR, currently serves as a Physical Therapist at the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee, a position held since August 2019. Prior to this role, David was the Director Of Physical Therapy at Elite Physical Therapy and Balance Center from December 2013 to August 2019 and worked as a Physical Therapist at Results Physiotherapy from September 2011 to December 2013. David holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center, obtained between 2008 and 2011, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, completed from 2004 to 2008. David is a graduate of Houston High School, where a High School Diploma was earned in 2004.
