Nicole Pizzolato Rodgers is a Certified Hand Therapist and Occupational Therapist currently serving at Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance and Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee since August 2023. With a rich background that includes roles such as Occupational Therapy Manager and Clinical Educator at MPOWER Physical Therapy and Clinical Director at Hand + Physical Therapy NYC, Nicole specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation of the upper extremities, focusing on complex conditions and post-surgical cases. Experience also includes inpatient occupational therapy at Hospital for Special Surgery and outpatient therapy at Middlesex Hospital. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Health Science Studies and a Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Quinnipiac University, earned between 2008 and 2013.
